Great facility. Love their amenities (dry/steam sauna, hot tubs, pro weight lifting areas). Go with a friend cause some people there are wiley.

The decision to remove elliptical for stairmasters was poor. Especially give that there are a ton of recumbent bikes that almost NEVER get used. A total of 4 proper elliptical for a gym this size is tragic. Yes, students used stairmasters a lot, but faculty and some of us older utilize the elliptical (with swinging arms). But rarely is more than 1 or two bikes used. Some lifting machines could be a little more thought out as well.

This gym is easily one of the most well kept and maintained gyms I have been to (only behind the UofU studentliife center). The staff are everywhere, and always helpful. I haven't run into the problem of not having the machine I want to work out with, because everything is here. The dumbbell rack is lacking though given the amount of people that workout here. And that's really the only downside. There isn't a time of day you can come here and it not be packed. Parking is also an issue, but it's FSU... What do you expect?
